Our Mission

Northwest Christian Academy exists for the purpose of assisting the local church in fulfilling Christ’s command: “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.” This institution is built upon the framework of Reformed theology and seeks to provide a biblical worldview to equip students to advance the kingdom of God.

    Spiritual Emphasis Week marked a start of spiritual change for many of our NCA students. From September 26th to the 30th, Northwest Baptist Church Youth Pastor, Mr. Dave Chase, challenged the middle and high school student body to step up in a series entitled “It’s time for the NEXT generation to step up.”

    On September 30, 2011, the girls volleyball team played South Florida Heat in the Eagles Nest. The girls played very well this game, especially at the end of each set, shutting them out in three straight sets.

    Bump, set, and spike! The Lady Eagles’ volleyball team mastered these three things on Monday September 19, 2011, by beating Choice Learning Center in three rounds straight. The ladies came out there ready to play and took the game only with six people to play the entire game.

    “Wow!” was the word that everyone said on Thursday, September 15, 2011, when our football team beat David Posnack Hebrew Day School 32-8. There were some great things happening that night as the boys played with heart, went out onto the field, and beat the other team.

For the past two years we haven’t been able to have a football team, but after a renewed interest and an influential petition by our middle school boys, we have our football team once again.
